相转移催化合成曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂的研究

摘    要:以苯乙酮、甲醛、二乙胺为原料,在水相中经相转移催化合成曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂。采用静态挂片失重法,在模拟油井酸化的腐蚀环境下进行缓蚀性能评价,确定了最佳合成条件:n(酮)∶n(醛)∶n(胺)=3∶4∶3,合成反应温度100℃,反应时间9h;最佳的相转移催化剂为苄基三乙基氯化铵,最佳用量为摩尔分数1.15%。

Abstract:Acidizing corrosion inhibitor of Mannich base was synthesized by Mannich reaction with acetophenone, formaldehyde, diethylamine in water, and benzyltriethyl ammonium chloride (BTAC) as phase-transfer-catalyst(PTC). The evalution of the corrosion behaviour was studied by using the weightlessness method, through orthogonal experiments. The mole raio of raw material: cinnamalde- hydeacetophenone : aniline= 3 : 4 : 3,temperature:100 ℃ ,time:9 h. BTAC is optimum phase transfer catalysts,dosage is 1.15%.
