TP347H过热器管爆管原因分析

摘    要:通过对TP347H过热器早期爆管实物的规格尺寸、金相组织等的综合分析,认为过热器管管面存在应力腐蚀裂纹、管壁局部较薄且经历过焊接过程,组织发生了转变,这些因素均使得管壁局部有效强度降低,最终导致过热气管从该处早期爆管。

Abstract:By analyzing comprehensively the size specification and microstructure of the early broken superheated steam tube TP347H it is concluded that the stress corrosion cracks are existing on the superheated tube surface, parts of tube wall are comparatively thinner and structure transformation takes place in these tube wall due to welding operation, and all these factors will inevitably cause a reduction of local effective strength and finally leads to an early breaking of the superheated steam tube.
