窄带语音通信系统的研究与设计

摘    要:随着信息传输量的急剧扩大,频带资源就变得越来越宝贵,如何合理利用带宽、节省资源已成为研究的热点。对语音信号的压缩编码方法进行了介绍,并选定了一种适合窄带语音通信的语音压缩编码方法,设计了语音汇接器系统,可用于连接电话等音频终端。

Abstract:With the sharply enlarging of message transmission, band resource is becoming more costful. It is the hotspot in research how to use bandwidth properly and save resource. This article introduces the compressing and coding methods of voice signal, and chooses a compressing and coding method which is suitable for narrowband voice communication. It also designs a voice linker that can be used to connect with voice terminal such as telephone etc.
