摘    要:针对2004年下半年来武钢高炉炉渣中Al2O3含量异常升高给高炉带来的严重影响,通过组织跟踪取样检验和统计分析,找出了导致武钢高炉炉渣中Al2O3含量异常升高的原因。经过采取切实有效的技术和管理措施,将高炉炉渣中Al2O3含量控制在合理范围内,并优化了高炉技术经济指标。

Abstract:Sharply increasing of Al2O3 content in slag from BF in WISCO since July in 2004 has heavily affected the operation of blast furnace, the reason is found by tracking the testing samples and statistic analysis. Adoption of some practical and effective technologies and management device makes the Al2O3 content in BF slag kept within a reasonable range and make the techno - economic index of BF optimized.
