稻壳SiC晶须的特性和品质研究

摘    要:利用现代分析仪器对稻壳法生长的SiC晶须(中试条件下生产产品)的结构特性进行分析测试,结果表明:晶须品位较高(>97%),晶须外形挺直,表面光洁,长度、直径分布均匀、集中,晶须中缺陷杂质含量和以前产品相比明显降低,各项指标均已达到或接近国外同类产品标准。

Abstract:Characteristics of SiC whisker, which was obtained from rice hull in mid industry experiment was researched by modern analysise equipment. The results have shown that the percent of SiC whiskers is high, most SiC whiskers are straight and sleek, the distribution of their length and diameter is concentrated in a special scope, and the defects and foreign matters in them are less than those of previous whiskers. All aspects measured in this paper have reached and even surpassed the standard of SiC whiskers which were produced abroad.
