摘    要:分析了Dg3.8m碎煤加压气化炉的炉篦结构,说明了炉篦在加压气化过程中的作用机理,进而对炉篦的受力及其影响因素加以分析,确定炉篦转动所需的扭矩。

Abstract:The present article gives a brief introduiction to the grate,which is key part of crushed coal pressure gasifier.The functional principle of the grate of Dg3.8m crushed coal pressure gasifier is clarified through the analysis on the grate structure.The torque required by the grate while rotating is determined by the forces acted on the grate and by their influencing factors.
