气体静压主轴旋转振动分析

摘    要:在气体静压主轴高速旋转过程中,由于气流是由外部气源供给,其外部气源经常受到干扰力的影响,从而使气体静压主轴在旋转过程中发生了偏移和晃动,磨损和摩擦加剧,以至出现微动磨损等现象。为了减少和抑制此类现象的发生,采用等效物理模型对主轴旋转系统进行模拟并计算,为设计气体静压轴承和主轴提供必要的依据,提高系统的可靠性和寿命。

Abstract:The airflow in gas statical pressure bearing is supplied by the external gas source frequently influenced by disturbing force, so the excursion and wobbling of the principal axis are taken place in the course of high speed rotation, abrasion and friction become frequent up to the appearance of phenomena of fretting wear etc For the sake of reducing and restraining these phenomena, we adopt the equivalent physical model to describe the principal axis's rotation system It provides an essential evidence for designing the gas statical pressure bearing and the principal axis, and enhances the system reliability and lifetime
