从我国的国民经济水平、国情、地震经验教训、住宅市场、建安成本价格等方面，对住宅建筑做了对比分析，通过对住宅建筑结构体系的抗震性能的分析，得出在低层和多层住宅建筑结构中应采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，淘汰砖混结构。

From the national economy of China,the national situation,the experience and lessons from earthquakes,the residential markets and construction costs,the paper compares and analyzes the residential buildings,and concludes the reinforced concrete frame structure should be adopted in the low and high-rise residential buildings and gives up the brick-concrete structure by analyzing the anti-seismic performance of the residential structural system.
