| Abstract: | Based on exploring the concepts and features of vernacular elements,the important principles and related methods of applications of vernacular elements in residential community design were presented.The specifically applications of the natural elements and cultural elements in vernacular landscape design were discussed.The senses of the applications of vernacular landscape in residential community design were discussed. |
