| 摘 要： | 针对目前公路工程施工过程中的安全事故问题,结合自身工作经验,对安全生产管理的重要性进行了分析,探讨了公路工程中如何进行安全生产管理,从组织机构、安全生产责任、目标、工作计划、制度等方面作了具体阐述,以期指导实践。

| Abstract: | According to the dangerous accidents problems in the construction process of the road projects,the paper combining with the self work experience,analyzes the importance of the safety production management,explores the ways of how to undertake the safe production management in the road projects,and indicates from the organizations,the safety production responsibility,the aims,the work plan,and the system,so as to direct the practice. |
