| 摘 要： | 从安全、便利、舒适、满足的“宜居”角度，分析提出了老年公寓的三类公共空间——交通、活动、服务空间的设计要点，探索了在满足各种设计规范的条件下，当代宜居型老年公寓空间设计的舒适性、合理性和科学性，进而提高老年公寓的建筑设计和建设水平。

| Abstract: | From the safety,the convinience,the comfortability and the suitability,the paper analyzes and points out the design points for the three kinds of public space of the residence for senior citizens,that is the traffic space,the activity space and the service space,and explores the comfortability,the reasonability and the scientific features by meeting the demands of all kinds of design regulations,so as to improve the architectural design and the construction level of the residence for senior citizens. |
