| 摘 要： | 以茂县两住宅楼为例通过震害调查,分别介绍了墙体较少、外纵墙开洞率大的砌体房屋和墙体数量多、开洞率小的砌体房屋在地震中的破坏情况,说明墙体数量及面积（开洞率）是决定砌体结构房屋抗震能力的关键因素。

| Abstract: | Taking two residential buildings in Maoxian as the example,the paper introduces the damage circumstances of the masonry houses with less walls and larger ratio of holes of outer vertical walls and the masonry houses with more walls and small ratio of holes by the investigation of the earthquake disasters,and indicates the wall numbers and the coverage or ratio of holes are the key factors to decide the anti-seismic capacity of the masonry structure. |
