| Abstract: | From the features of the costs control at design stage of the constructing programs,the paper illustrates the key to the controlling costs lays on the design stage,emphasizes on the problems of the works in the returned Daobei complex in Yibai,and illustrates the costs controlling at the design stage,so as to improve the benefits of the program investment. |
