| 摘 要： | 针对住宅区的规划设计特点,从住宅区的用地选择、结构形式、建筑设计等方面进行了阐述,具体对住宅区风格塑造、道路交通设计、景观绿化设计、空间环境组织及生态设计加以分析,对营造舒适、安全、优美的居住环境有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | In light of planning and design features of residential area,this paper describes residential land selection,structural form,and building design and other aspects,and analyzes residential area style shaping,road traffic design,landscape greening design,spatial environment organization,and ecological design,which has significant meaning for creating comfortable,safe,and beautiful dwelling environment. |
