| 摘 要： | 以施工企业工程项目的成本控制技术为研究对象，结合工程项目成本控制的特征及国内施工企业在工程项目上的成本控制现状，指出我国工程项目成本控制中所面临的问题，并提出了控制工程项目成本的具体措施，以达到预期的成本目标。
