| Abstract: | This paper introduces and classfies the current residence for the elderly abroad.It has made a more objective analysis and appraisal on them.After summarizing the characteristics of various types of residence for the elderly,it puts forward the development trend of design and construction of the elderly's residence,with an expection to provide guide for our country's senior people's residence development. |
