对苏北地区的村镇基础设施和环境现状进行了调研,从道路和交通、给排水设施和环境保护利用这三个突出的方面指出存在的问题和不足。同时对于村镇建设的主体——住宅的单体提出探索性设计理念,以使苏北的新农村成为环境优美、布局合理、设施齐全的宜人生活环境。
