探讨现行高炉焦炭质量指标模拟性的积极意义

摘    要:从焦炭在高炉中劣化径探讨焦炭质量指标M40、M10、CRI(反应性)、CSR(反应后强度)的模拟性。认为M40和M10对高炉块状带有一定模拟性,但块状带对焦劣化不太明显;CRI在无碱条件下测定,而高炉中均积累了一定数量的循环碱,因此,CRI指标对实际焦炭质量会产生误导,由此衍生出传统配煤技术概念需要更新的问题。

Abstract:The imitation significance of M 40 ,M 10 ,CRI and CSR is systemically and deeply discussed according to actual behavior of coke in the blast furnace It has approved that M 40 and M 10 have certain significance for lump zone of the blast furnace, but in this zone,the degrading level of coke is low As for CRI which is determined under non alkali conditions, in fact, all coke reacting with CO 2 has to react with certain alkali due to accumulation of alkali in the blast furnace So it is possible to be mis guided by CRI Consequently, the classical principle of coal blend technology is to be renewed
