基于PLC技术的长距离电缆隧道监控系统

摘    要:长距离电缆隧道用于220 kV、110 kV高压和中压、低压电力电缆的入地敷设,距离一般超过2 km。为了保证电缆隧道的正常运行,提高隧道日常管理水平,需在电缆隧道内建立一套功能完善、可靠的监控系统。结合应用实践,阐述了在电缆隧道内建立基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的监控系统,实现对隧道内供配电、照明、排水、通风等设施的自动监视和控制,隧道内温度监测,防盗报警等功能的应用方案。可为建立长距离电缆隧道的基于PLC的监控系统设计提供参考。

Abstract:The long-distance cable tunnel is usually longer than 2 km,which is used in the lay of 220 kV,110 kV high pressure,the medium and the low cable.To guarantee the operation of the cable tunnel and to improve the management level,a perfect and reliable monitoring system should be set up in the cable tunnel.Combined with the application practice,the monitoring system based on PLC could realize auto-monitoring and controlling of supplying power,lightening,drainage,ventilation during the cable tunnel.It could also realize the temperature monitoring and guarding & alarming functions,etc.This paper could provide reference for the setting up of the monitoring system design of long-distance cable tunnel based on PLC.
