摘    要:采用正交试验法研究了络合剂、促进剂和 pH值对镀层和溶液性能的影响 ,并验证了促进剂和氯化稀土对提高镀层磷含量、耐蚀性和镀液稳定性均有良好的作用 ,筛选出一种高磷高稳定性高耐蚀性的化学镀镍磷合金工艺

Abstract:The influences of complexing agent, accelerator, and pH value on the properties of the cladding material and solution were studied by using the orthogonal test method, and it was verified that the accelerator and rare earth chloride for raising phosphorus content and corrosion resistance of the cladding material, and the stability of plating solution, and a nickel phosphorus alloy process of chemical plating with high phosphorus content, high stability, and high corrosion resistance was selected.
