摘    要:研究了新型奥氏体不锈钢DG00Cr20Ni15Mo3Mn6N的室温拉伸性能和晶间腐蚀性能。结果表明,室温下断裂为韧性断裂,夹杂物为裂纹发源地之一,净化材料可以进一步提高材料的抗拉强度;通过添加适量N元素,提高了不锈钢的抗腐蚀能力,弯曲180°之后未发现因晶间腐蚀而产生的裂纹。

Abstract:The tensile properties and intergranular corrosion behavior of a new type austenitic stainless steel (DG00Cr20NilSMo3Mn6N) at room temperature were studied. The results show that the fracture at room temperature is toughness fracture. The inclusions are one of the crack headstreams, and purifying the material can further enhance tensile strength of the material. The anti-corrosion property is enhanced with property amount of alloyed N element. We can not find any intergranular corrosion cracks after 180 degree bending.
