从不同文化根源看中西孝文化的发展特点

不同文化根源孕育出中西方不同的孝文化，且严重影响着它的发展演变。根植于农耕文明的中国孝文化可谓枝繁叶茂而绚丽多彩，它在十八大报告提出的全面提高公民道德素质、弘扬中华传统美德和促进和谐的良好风尚中仍将发挥重要作用。而西方孝文化由于重商的文化根源，始终停留和局限家庭层面，内涵外延都没有太大的发展变化。文章从中西文化比较的角度分析了中西孝文化的不同发展特点。

Development Characteristics of Chinese and Western Filial Piety Culture from Different Cultural Roots

Different cultural roots give birth to different Chinese and western cultures of filial piety and impact their evolutions. Chinese filial piety culture rooted in farming civilization can be described as lush and colorful. It plays a very important role in improving citizen′s moral quality, carrying forward the traditional Chinese virtues and promoting social harmony according to the report of the 18 th National Con-gress of the Communist Party of China. The western culture of filial piety rooted in mercantilism. It still stays and is limited in the family level, so its connotation and denotation haven′t changed and developed much. This paper makes a comparative study of Chinese and western culture of filial piety.
