数据化干部考评系统应用

摘    要:干部作为组织发展的中间力量,干部管理直接影响到企业经营管理和长远发展。干部管理的重中之重在于绩效考核与管理,设计、应用有效的干部考核系统有助于形成精干、稳定的干部队伍。文章以干部绩效管理为研究基点,结合国网安徽省电力公司培训中心的实际情况,从绩效体系构建、考核系统设计、实施及绩效改进等方面系统阐述干部绩效管理体系及其实践运用,为探索干部绩效管理提供新的思路与方法。

Abstract:The cadres as the central force of the organizational development, the cadre management di-rectly impacts on the enterprise management and its long-term development. The top priority of the man-agement is the performance assessment and management. It is beneficial to establish a highly capable and stable cadre team by designing and applying an effective cadre assessment system. Taking staff perform-ance management as the research basis and combining the actual situation of the Training Centre of State Grid Anhui Electric Power Corporation, the paper states systematically the cadre performance manage-ment system and its practice from those aspects as the performance system construction, evaluation system design, implementation and performance improvement, providing a new idea and method to explore the cadre performance management.
