预应力CFRP加固预裂受弯构件有限元模拟分析

摘    要:预应力碳纤维板加固技术既能发挥出碳纤维材料强度高、自重轻、易于施工耐腐蚀等优势,又能克服传统的外部粘贴碳纤维加固中存在的碳纤维板应变滞后的缺点.运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对CFRP加固的预裂钢筋混凝土梁进行模拟分析,对比数值分析和试验结果.结果显示,ANSYS可以较好地模拟预应力碳纤维板加固混凝土受弯构件的全过程,建模方法切实可行,结果可靠.

Abstract:Strengthening technology of pre - stress carbon fiber board has advantages of high strength, light weight and anti - corrosin, as well as, it can overcome shortcoming of strain lag when pasting carbon fiber board outside. By using ANSYS finite element analysis, pre -splitting concrete beam can be analyzed, and comparing numerical analysis and experimental result can be obtained. The result shows that ANSYS can simulate the whole process for pre -stress carbon fiber board to strengthen concrete beam. This method is feasible and reliable.
