大牛地气田液氮伴注效果分析及优化研究

摘    要:在气田压裂施工中通常存在压后返排困难、压裂井压后自然喷通率低的现象,而一味通过提高液氮比例来加大自然喷通率的办法则会大幅增加生产成本.为了优化气田液氮伴注,建立起大牛地气田液氮伴注压裂井压后自然喷通的最小液氮用量评价模型.模型以液氮最小返排比例计算为基础,考虑了大牛地气田启动压力梯度对压裂液返排的影响.

Effect AnAlysis And OptimizAtion of Liquid Nitrogen Proportion in DAniudi GAs Field

Abstract:In Daniudi gas field, there are some problems such as the fracturing pressure flowback difficulties, the phenomenon of low natural fracturing well pressure spray. Through improving liquid Nitrogen proportion to enlarge natural spray pass rate, the cost of production will be increased. In order to optimize liquid Nitrogen proportion, we need to build up the smallest Nitrogen -used evaluation model. This model is based on smallest flowback propor- tion calculation, and it considers the effect of starting pressure gradient to fracturing flowback.
