摘    要:<正>一、概况广州市华南橡胶轮胎有限公司安装乘用、轻卡胎硫化机83台,载重胎硫化机88台;年产半钢460万套、全钢140万套,于2003年开始逐步在半钢、全钢系统实现氮气硫化。现半钢系统全部改造完成氮气定型硫化,全钢系统由于技术原因只改造完成51台,另外37台仍采用热水硫化。

Abstract:To further save energy consumption, this article describes a revamp scheme that transibrm hot-water curing system to nitrogen curing system of TBR tire vulcanization. The rectification effect is obvious to achieve single curing equipment with a single thermostat and regulator, vulcanization parameters get more stable, improve appearance of the product quality and internal quality, reduce energy consumption, the total steam consumption fall by 6% to 8%, and recover the investment of renovation in 30 months.
