| 摘 要： | 为考察中国石油兰州润滑油研究开发中心研制的SJ10W-30甲醇汽油专用润滑油的实际使用性能,选用山西省佳新能源化工有限公司改装的M100甲醇汽车进行道路行车试验。通过监测油品理化性能和油品中金属元素含量变化考察了油品在实际行车条件下的使用性能。试验结果表明:该油品具有良好的清净性和分散性,良好的高温抗氧化以及抗磨性能,可以满足M100甲醇汽油发动机的使用要求。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the practical performances of SJ 10W-30 methanol-gasoline exclusive engine oil prepared by PetroChina Lanzhou Lubricating Oil RD Institute,the field test was carried out with four M100 methanol-gasoline cars refitted by Jiaxin Energy Chemical Limited Company.Performances of this oil under actual road conditions were investigated and evaluated based on the oils＇ physicochemical properties and different metal elements contents in oil samples.The result showed that the methanol-gasoline exclusive engine oil can meet the requests of the methanol-gasoline cars,with good detergency,dispersancy,high-temperature anti-oxidation property and anti-wear ability. |
