均匀沉淀法制备超微细透明氧化铁黄颜料

摘    要:以FeSO4和CO(NH2)2为原料,采用均匀沉淀法制备了超微细透明氧化铁黄颜料,讨论了反应条件对产品晶粒大小及分布的影响,得出了优化的工艺条件,FeSO4浓度为1.0mol/L。原料磨尔比n尿素];nFe^2 ]=3.5:1,空气通入量6L/h,复合添加剂用量0.3%。

Abstract:Using FeSO4 and CO(NH2)2 as raw materials, the superfine transparent iron oxide yellow pigment was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method. The effect of reaction conditions on the crystalline size of product is discussed. The optimum process conditions are as follows: the concentration of Fe-SO4 is 1. 0 mol/L , (he molar ratio of CO(NH2)2 and FeSO4 is 3. 5 : 1, the air flow is 6 L/h, the amount of compound additive is 0. 3%.
