工业态AZ31B镁合金超塑性变形的损伤研究

摘    要:工业态镁合金板材在一般情况下受力易断裂,工业生产中复杂机械零部件的成形加工十分困难。通过镁合金板材超塑性变形的拉伸和胀形试验研究,并通过其试件断口轴剖面的扫描电镜观察,使用计算机定量分析和研究了空洞的损伤演化情况,得到了超塑性变形条件下的空洞生成扩展规律及损伤条件,建立了空洞生长及损伤的数学模型经验公式。研究结果为板材镁合金的成型加工等工业应用制定工艺路线与参数提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Industrial Mg-alloy plate is easy to be fractured when being processed, so the complicated machine components are usually difficult to manufacture. By means of the extension and expansion experiments under super-plastic distortion, the fractured sections were observed by SEM. the developing of damage is quantitatively analyzed. The rules of the cavity developing and damaging are presented. Furthermore, a mathematical model equation of the cavity developing and damaging is set up. The result of the research provides the theoretical basis of processing procedure and parameter of the Mg-alloy plate.
