| 摘 要： | 文简述了控轧控冷工艺在舞钢X70管线钢生产中的应用，讨论了影响控轧控冷钢性能的工艺因素。结果表明，舞钢采用两阶段控制轧制和在线控制冷却生产的X70钢板组织以针状铁索体为主，综合力学性能良好。

| Abstract: | The article briefly describes the application of controlled rolling,controlled cooling process in the production of X70 pipeline steel in Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd and discusses the process factors affecting the properties of controlled rolling,controlled cooling steel.The result shows that X70 steel plate,produced by two phases of controlled rolling and on-line controlled cooling in Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd,has acicular ferrite as the main structure with excellent combined mechanical properties. |
