| 摘 要： | 风险投资作为一个开放式的资金运作机制,十分依赖于其所处的各种环境;各环境的发展变化制约,或者促进着风险投资的成长与发展。通过论述我国风险投资发展初期由于环境支持体系的不完善而遇到的种种困难,提出了加快我国风险投资发展的关键在于构建一个适合我国风险投资发展的环境支持体系。

| Abstract: | As an opening cash operation system, venture capital exists. The changes of the environment restrict or promote the depends so much on the environment where it growth and development of venture capital. By discussing the various difficulties faced in the initial period of venture capital development, which are caused by the lack of environment supporting system. It is suggested that in order to promote the development of venture capital, the key should be to establish an environment supporting system of venture capital suitable to our country. |
