摘    要:湖南某尾砂中主要矿物为萤石、石英、云母与方解石, 为了综合回收该尾砂中的萤石, 以盐化水玻璃与酸化水玻璃为组合抑制剂, 以ZNS为捕收剂, 在粗选pH=9、精选pH=6的矿浆环境下, 通过1次粗选、6次精选闭路浮选, 最终获得CaF2品位为93.14%、CaCO3含量为1.39%、CaF2回收率达76.39%的酸级萤石精矿, 实现了该尾矿中萤石的富集。

Abstract:The tailings from a mine in Hunan Province are predominantly fluorite, quartz, mica and calcite. With sodium silicate modified by aluminum sulfate and sodium silicate modified by sulfuric acid as a combined depressant, and ZNS as collector, a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing at pH=9 and six stages of cleaning at pH=6 was adopted, resulting in 76.39% CaF2 recovery to a fluorite concentrate grading 93.14% CaF2 with a CaCO3 content of 1.39%, showing that the enrichment of fluorite from the tailings can be actualized.
