低压煤气管网支管设计计算探讨

摘    要:本文以两种典型的计算方法求出小区供气管网的管径,作技术经济指标分析,并运用计算机模拟运行的方法得到管网运行的节点压力分布(或用户灶前压力),比较它们的优劣。认为根据实际情况选用合适的管内粗糙度和计算内径,并适当考虑压头余量,用全压法作设计计算是最好的设计计算方法。

Abstract:Two typical calculation methods were used to estimate diameters of gas pipes in local network for technical and economic index analysis. Computer simulation was also used to obtain the junction pressure distribution during the network running. And the advantages and disadvantages of the two calculation methods were compared. The author thinks that in accordance with the practical conditions to choose an appropriate roughness of the internal wall to give the excessive pressure, the design calculation method of total pressure drop in the gas network is best.
