| 摘 要： | 根据板料成形过程中模具的运动特点，提出了全局搜索和局搜索的接触点搜索算法。建立了接触点的局部坐标系，并对特殊情况进行了适当处理，保证计算的连续性，建立了接触力学模型，分别采用罚函地和修正的库仑摩擦计算接触法向力和摩擦力，保证了接触计算的稳定性。

| Abstract: | According to the moving feature of the die in sheet metal forming. gloabl search and local search arithmetic of searching contact point is parented. Partial coordinate systems have been established at the contact points, and the specific contact points have been dealt with properly to ensure the continuty of computing. Contact mechanics model has been established. The penalty function method and modified coulonb's law of friction have ho adopted to calculate the contact fores to ensure the stability of computing. |
