| 摘 要： | 从常见的双联十字轴等速联轴器机构出发，通过转动副与圆弧滑动副的等效替代，中间轴长度的零化，定心机构的导入及自由度分析，得到一种结构紧凑，便于制造的球面滑环式等速联轴器结构。机构模型的制作验证了这种联轴器可用于大偏角相交轴的连接与等速传动。

| Abstract: | Starting from the common dual crosshcad uniform motion coupling mechanism, by equivalent subslitution of rotating pair and arc-shaped sliding pair, nulli fication of intermediate length, introduction of centering mechanism and degree of freedom analysis, a compact design is resulted, which is convenient in manu facturing spherical slip ring type uniform motion coupling mechanism.Manufac turing of the prototype of the mechanism has verified that this kind of coupling can bc used for the connection of shafts with largc intersecting angle and uniform speed. |
