原位法制备聚乳酸/无机纳米复合材料研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外原位法制备聚乳酸(PLA)/无机纳米复合材料的研究进展,主要包括不同维数的无机纳米填料与PLA的原位复合。着重阐述了原位熔融缩聚法和原位开环聚合法,同时简要介绍了原位沉析法。原位法使无机纳米填料能更好地分散于PLA基体中,用量少,不需要加入其他添加剂也能避免团聚,同时避免了再加工过程中引起的热降解,且制备工艺简单。由于PLA和无机纳米填料界面间的化学键合作用,使得复合材料的热稳定性、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、力学性能、降解性能和光学性能等得到了改善,从而拓宽了PLA的应用范围。

Abstract:The research progress in nanocomposites of poly(lactic acid) and inorganic nano fillers was reviewed in this paper, with technologies of in situ polymerization and in situ precipitation being emphasized.These in situ methods overcame the problem of aggregation of the nano particles.The inorganic nano filler was finely dispersed in and strongly interacted with the polymer matrix so that improved the thermo stability,glass transition,mechanical properties,optical performance of the composites.And it avoided thermal degradation by a fused.The application of the poly(lactic acid) based the composites was enlarged.
