铝包镍合金粉对自反应喷射成型Ti(C,N)-TiB_2基陶瓷坯件硬度的影响

摘    要:以Ti+B4C+C为主体系,通过添加铝包镍合金粉,采用自反应喷射成型法制备了Ti(C,N)-TiB2基复相陶瓷材料,研究了铝包镍合金粉含量对自反应喷射成型Ti(C,N)-TiB2基陶瓷坯件硬度的影响。对坯件的空隙率进行了定量金相分析,对合成的复合材料进行了XRD分析,用SEM观察了材料组织形貌,并测试了硬度。研究表明,添加铝包镍合金粉后,氧化物相由有害的TiO2变为了硬质相Al2O3,并引入了副产物相TiAl3、TiNi3与Ti3AlC。添加合适比例的铝包镍合金粉能够在降低Ti(C,N)-TiB2复相陶瓷坯件孔隙率的同时提高坯件的硬度。
