苏4潜山凝析气藏开发数值模拟

摘    要:华北苏4潜山凝析气藏于1989年投产,截至2005年7月,该气藏累积产气11×108m3,累计产凝析油25×104t,天然气和凝析油的采出程度分别为22%和20.8%。为了高效开发该气藏,以获取较高的采收率和经济效益,对该气藏进行了开发数值模拟研究。通过采用组分模型并结合地质分析和油藏工程测试结果,对气藏的产气量、产油量、含水率和井口压力等进行了历史拟合。在此基础上,设计了采气速度分别为1.5%、1.8%、2.0%和2.5%等4套开发方案,并对其开发指标进行了预测计算。通过分析对比,采气速度控制在1.8%~2.0%之间的各项开发指标为最佳,可以获得较好的经济效益,为合理开发苏4潜山凝析气藏提供了依据。

NUMERICAL SIMULATION ON THE SU 4 BURIED HILL CONDENSATE GAS RESERVOIR DEVELOPMENT

Abstract:The Su 4 buried hill gas condensate reservoir in North China, put into production in 1989, has produced 11×108m3 gas and 25×104t condensate oil by the July of 2005, with the degrees of recovery for natural gas and condensate oil are 22% and 20.8% respectively. For the sake of developing the gas reservoir more efficiently to get a higher recovery and economic benefits, this study built up numerical simulation on gas reservoir development. Through using the compositional model and combining the results of geological analysis and reservoir engineering testing, the history matching has been made for the gas production of gas reservoir, oil production, water content and wellhead pressure. On this basis, four sets of development program have been designed, with the gas production rate of 1.5%, 1.8%, 2.0% and 2.5% separately, and the development index has also been calculated predicatively. Through analysis and comparison, it is found out that when controlling the gas production rate between 1.8% and 2.0%, every development index will be best and much more favorable economic benefits can be gained. The results provide a basis for the rational development of Su 4 buried hill condensate gas reservoir.
