构皮滩水电站截流水文条件分析

摘    要:为满足构皮滩水电站工程截流施工需要,以构皮滩水电站坝址附近水文代表站为对象,分析了逐旬、逐月的水文年代际规律、不同流量的发生频率及流量变化特征,并分析比较了1983年以来10月下旬坝址附近代表站发生典型丰水年和枯水年的气候、水情特点及影响截流期水文气象条件变化的重要物理因素和前期水雨情状况等;同时,以水文气候背景分析为基础,采用多种数学物理统计方法,对乌江中上游地区10~12月份内逐旬、逐月降雨量的丰枯趋势进行分析,对坝址附近水文代表站逐句、逐月的流量特征值(最大、最小、平均流量)进行了预报分析。在上述分析基础上,提出了可以适时截流的分析结论,为构皮滩水电站工程截流施工提供决策支持。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of closure construction of Goupitan Hydropower Station engineering,taking typical hydrological stations near the dam site of Goupitan Hydropower Station as objects,the writer analyzed the inter-period pattern of hydrology years by ten days and by month,occurring frequency of different flows,characteristics of flow variation,and compared the features of weather and flow regime of the last ten days in October of the years when typical flood and dry flow occurred,recorded by typical hydrology stations near the dam site since 1983,as well as important physical factors and rain-flow regime influencing variation of hydrological and meteorological conditions during closure period,and etc.At same time,on the base of hydrological and meteorological background analysis,using many mathematical statistics methods,the writer analyzed rainfall tendency in up-midstream area of the Wujiang River from October to December by ten days and by month,as well as made forecasting analysis on the flow characteristic features(maximum,minimum,average)by ten days and by month in the typical hydrological stations near dam site.On the base of above analysis,the conclusion is that closure can be carry out on property time,and it supported making the decision of closure construction of Goupitan Hydropower Station.
