基于RFID的危险品运输安全管理系统设计

为了减少危险品运输事故的发生,加强对危险品运输车辆的跟踪、监控、管理,结合RFID的特点,将RFID技术应用到危险品的运输管理中,提出将RFID技术、传感技术、GPRS技术和数据库技术相结合,建立集危险品从业人员监控管理、危险品运输过程实时监控管理、危险品运输状态实时查询和危险品运输应急指挥信息管理为一体的综合信息服务平台,并给出了具体的系统设计方案.该系统不仅可使危险品的运输管理高效智能,而且为危险品业主、运输企业业主、各级监管部门提供了一个良好的公共操作平台.

Design of transportation safety management system for dangerous goods based on RFID

In order to reduce the occurrence of dangerous goods transport,strengthen the tracking,monitoring and managing on the transportation of dangerous goods,combining the characteristics of RFID,RFID technology will be applied to the management of dangerous goods transport,RFID,sensing technology,GPRS technology and database technology were combined to create a comprehensive information service platform which is integrated employee monitoring management,transportation process of dangerous goods monitoring management,dangerous goods transport position inquiring in real-time,and emergency command information management.A details design scheme is put forward in this paper.Not only the system can make the management of dangerous goods more efficient and more intelligent,but also provides a good service platform for the owner of dangerous goods the transportation company and the supervision department of all levels.
