动态微细胶黏物沉积实验新方法

摘    要:介绍了用于监测浆水或白水中微细胶黏物沉积速率的新方法。并就实验室的OMG浆水,生产厂的TMP浆水和DIP-TMP混合浆水的微细胶黏物沉积速率进行了一系列的测试。结果表明该法较其他方法的主要优点是可以连续记录沉积速率,在低速和高速沉积条件下有较好的重现性和较高的灵敏性。

Abstract:A new method for monitoring microstickies deposition and its application for OMG repulping water from lab,DIP and TMP process water from paper mills were introduced in this paper.The results showed that the main advantages of this new method over others are its continuous recording of deposition and good reproducibility and high sensitivity under slow and fast depositing conditions.But the deposition mechanisms of mixed DIP-TMP process water and paper machine white water must be studied in the future.
