摘    要:在电力市场环境下,电能质量在线监测系统是现代电力系统在电能质量监测上的必要选择,文中采用基于网络地理信息系统(GIS)的电能质量监测系统能够实时监测电网输电线路上的电能质量状况,使电网管理人员能够及时、全面了解电能质量的状况.系统采用模块化设计,具有很强的扩展性和兼容性;地理信息模块利用MapXtreme控件开发,具有丰富的地图信息.此系统较之传统的电能质量监测系统具有很大的进步,增强了电能质量管理的伸缩性和互操作性.
