市（县）域城乡统筹发展的路径探讨——以山东省栖霞市为例

伴随着快速的城镇化进程，我国的城乡差距不断扩大，已经成为城乡社会经济发展面临的重大挑战。在这种形势下，城乡统筹作为我国市（县）逐步缩小城乡差距，促进城乡共同繁荣的有效手段而得到普遍重视。阐述了对城乡统筹的再认识，在此基础上，结合山东半岛地区中等城市栖霞市的实例，分析了栖霞市城乡统筹发展存在的问题和原因，探讨了城乡统筹发展的路径，以期为其他市（县）域探寻统筹城乡发展路径提供借鉴。

On paths of urban and rural integration at county level--A case study of Qixia, Shandong

With the rapid process of urbanization, the widening gap between urban and rural areas in China has become a severe challenge of the socioeconomic growth. In this situation, integrated urban and rural de-velopment is highly valued as a way to narrow the gap and to promote the common prosperity of urban and rural areas. The paper first draws recognition of urban and rural integration. Based on that, Qixia, a middle size city in Shandong Peninsula, is chosen as a case study to analyze problems and causes of urban-rural integra-tion process. The development paths of urban-rural integration are discussed in order to provide reference to other county level.
