高体积分数SiCp脚复合材料高速铣削力影响因素研究

摘    要:通过PCD刀具高速铣削高体积分数SiCp/A1复合材料试验,研究了铣削速度、进给量、铣削深度和铣削宽度对三向铣削分力的影响,并进行了SiCp/A1复合材料基体材料的铣削力对比。研究结果表明,进给量和铣削深度对三向铣削分力的影响较大,而铣削速度和铣削宽度对三向铣削分力的影响较小,并且SiC颗粒增加了材料的强度,使三向铣削分力数值增大。在只考虑控制铣削力大小的情况下应选取适中的铣削参数,如铣削速度、较大的铣削宽度和较小的进给量及铣削深度。

Abstract:In this paper, the influences of milling speed, milling feed, milling depth and milling width on three way com- ponents of milling force were investigated based on the research of milling high volume fraction of SiCp/A1 metal matrix composites by PCD cutting tools, and cutting force of bulk material of SiCp/A1 matrix composites were compared. The re- sults indicated that the influences of milling speed and milling width on three-way components of milling are larger than the milling feed and milling width's. The SiC particles indeed reinforced the composite's strength and improved the values of three-way components of milling force. Appropriate milling velocity, large milling width, small milling feed and milling depth were recommended when only milling force was considered.
