摘    要:含机浆系统是新闻纸、低定量涂布纸等印刷纸种常用的造纸系统。在酸性含机浆系统中AI2(SO4)3是最主要的添加物,但它对其他阳离子助剂有一定的影响。文国从纸浆对铝离子的吸附以及电荷分析和测量等方面研究了AI2(SO4)3对造纸湿部化学特性的影响,提出了AI2(SO4)3用量的严格界限。

Abstract:This work focus mainly on the effects of aluminum ion in the wet end of the wood containing system. Research results showed that different pulps had limited adsorption on alum ion.It proved that alum ion strongly affect the electric characteristics such as zeta potential and CTR value in the wet end.Alum ion also strongly affect the adsorption of cationic starch,especically in the chemical pulp system.According to the experimental results the alum dosage used in the wet end is limited less than 2%.
