乙丙共聚物粘度指数改进剂T613B的研制及应用

摘    要:以优选的乙丙共聚物为原料,采用机械热氧降解工艺制备的粘度指数改进剂T613B具有优良的剪切稳定性、良好的稠化能力。该剂对内燃机油的倾点、抗氧化性、高温清净性无不良影响,适合于调制SF/CD及以上级别的多级内燃机油,特别是大功率多级柴油机油。以该剂为粘度指数改进剂调合的CF-415W/40柴油机油可满足康明斯C系列发动机的要求。

Abstract:The VII T613B is prepared from the suitable ethylene propylene copolymer by thermo-oxidative degradation under powerful shear and possesses excellent shear stability,thermal stability and thickening effect.Appliation results show that T613B won't influence the behaviors of the engine oils on pour point,anti-oxidation and high-temperature detergency.It is applied to SF/CD or higher grade engine oils,in particular heavy duty diesel engine oils.The CF-4 15W/40 engine oil containing T613B can meet demands of Cummins C engines.
