| 摘 要： | 青海桥头铝电一厂7#、8#炉主蒸汽联络母管自投运后,23年来都未进行检验,设备存在巨大的安全隐患。文章结合2007年7#、8#炉停炉检修时,对主蒸汽联络母管的材质、焊接接头、弯管等进行了检验和分析,全面了解了联络母管的状况,对设备存在的问题进行消除,为电厂的安全运行提供保障。

| Abstract: | After the operation of 7# and 8# boiler main steam pipe in Qinghai Qiaotou Aluminum-Electric power plant first phase,it hasn't examine for 23 years,the equipment exists vital hidden danger.The paper introduces the overhaul of the equipment in 2007,the materials,welded joint and elbow of main steam pipe has been detected and analyzed,and generally realized the situation and eliminated the existed problem,thus provides guarantee for the safe operation of power plant. |
