摘    要:快速成形是一种基于离散一堆积原理的先进制造技术,它满足现代制造业高效、低成本、产品个性化的需求。采用快速成形技术进行金属多孔材料的制备是其应用发展的新趋势,根据成形工艺特点对快速成形技术进行分类,综述了各类快速成形工艺在金属多孔材料制备中的应用研究现状。

Abstract:Rapid Prototyping based on dispersion-deposition principle is a modem manufacturing technology, which satisfied the requirements of high efficiency, low-cost and individuation products customization for modem manufacturing area. With the development of the technique, rapid prototyping was employed preparing porous metals. In this article, the application and research status of various rapid prototyping process used in manufacturing porous metals were reviewed, and the technologies were classified based on the operating characteristic in preparation process.
