| 摘 要： | 对连铸钢坯凝固组织的形态特征进行了描述与分析,介绍了连铸钢坯凝固组织宏观检验方法的具体应用和发展情况,阐述了新开发的枝晶检验法的原理、创新点及在连铸工艺优化、质量检验中的特有作用,对连铸钢坯宏观检验方法的标准化进程做了回顾与展望。

| Abstract: | In this paper the solidification structure and defect morphology of continuous casting billet were described and analyzed.The application and development of macroscopical inspection method on continuous casting billet were induced.The principle and innovation of the new exploitation of dendrite inspection method which has the special function of continuous cast process optimization and quality inspection were expatiated.The standardization course of macroscopical inspection method on continuous casting billet was also recited. |
