摘    要:文章对一种二巯基噻二唑(DMTD)类有机减摩剂的减摩、抗磨和氧化性能进行了研究。法莱克斯(Falex)试验、四球实验和SRV实验表明,该二巯基噻二唑类有机减摩剂具有优秀的减摩和抗磨性能,且与有机硼和有机钼摩擦改进剂具有优秀的减摩和抗磨协同作用。加压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)实验表明,该二巯基噻二唑类有机减摩剂还具有一定的抗氧化性能,并与烷基化二苯胺类抗氧剂具有优秀的抗氧化协同作用。

Abstract:In this paper, the friction-reducing, antiwear and antioxidation properties of a kind of dimercapto-thiadiazole (DMTD) derived organic friction modifier were investigated. The results of Falex, four-ball and SRV tests indicated, the DMTD-type organic friction modifier possesses good friction-reducing and antiwear properties, and exhibits excellent friction-reducing and/or antiwear synergistic effects with organic borate ester and organic molybdenum-containing friction modifiers. Pressured differential scanning calorimetry (PDSC) test showed, the DMTD-type organic friction modifier performs certain antioxidation performance, and can serve as a strong synergist for alkylated diphenylamine antioxidant.
